Our Story

Bread worth waiting for.

Olive Crumb is a small-batch sourdough bakery rooted in patience and craft. Every loaf is shaped by hand, fermented slowly over three days, and baked to order — never sitting on a shelf. We bake the kinds of breads we'd want to eat ourselves: tangy, open-crumbed, and made from ingredients you can pronounce.
